Using the service

You may use ScribVoice to process recordings that you own or are authorized to submit. Keep your account information secure and do not attempt to disrupt, probe or overload the service.

Your recordings

You retain responsibility for the recordings and text you submit. Do not upload material that violates another person's rights or applicable law.

Transcription results

Automated transcription can contain errors. Review names, figures and other important details before relying on or sharing a transcript.

Plans and billing

Paid plans renew and can be cancelled according to the billing terms shown at checkout and in your account billing portal. Usage limits and file limits are determined by the active plan.

Availability

We may change, suspend or limit parts of the service to maintain security, reliability or compliance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted processing.
