Refunds for ScribVoice plans

Free plan

The Free plan does not involve payment and has no refund.

Paid plans

Paid plans are charged in advance for each monthly or annual billing period. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard; service continues until the end of the period already paid for. Minutes used in the current period are not refundable.

Refund requests

For duplicate charges, an accidental purchase or an unused purchase, contact support@scribvoice.com within 7 days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Mandatory consumer refund rights are not excluded by this policy.

Payment processor

Creem acts as merchant of record and processes refunds. Creem also handles chargebacks, which may involve fees.
